I remember getting geeked over watching this when I was younger.  This was the final epsiode of the Aresenio Hall show and a slew of rappers came through to freestyle (yes…thats what we called it back then so save the ‘that was written’ rhyme argument).  It was back when you rarely saw hip hop on television outside of Rap City and Yo! MTV Raps.  Damn, I miss the good ole days. I just received the brand new Supastition t-shirts in the mail this weekend. Going… going… back… back to….

Starting Sept 9, 2008, I’ll be spending 7 whole days in California!  Sounds pretty fly, right?  Well…it’s definitely not gonna be all sunshine, beaches, and all that flyness that you would expect.  I’ve got alot to get done in a short period of time. Within a one-week span, I’m doing a show, filming 2 videos (see below), appearing on a TV show, as well as recording a few jams (that’s what my pops calls ‘em).  It’s been a minute since I’ve been to Los Angeles (August ‘06 to be exact) so I’m amped to return to the west coast and finally get to visit the Bay area (San Fran to be exact) as well.  I’ve got plenty of homies out there so hopefully I’ll have a chance to link up with as many people as I can.  And DJ Rhettmatic owes me Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles again!
